I. Basic parameters:

Check before use: After the machine is installed, turn on the power and test the three-phase motor to ensure that the working direction is correct, ensure the pressure and flow of compressed air, check whether each motor, bearing, etc. need to be lubricated, and oil-free work is prohibited , The machine can be started only after normal, together to investigate whether there is loosening of fasteners in various parts, and normal operation after the operation of each part is stable;

3. Check all the water tanks for water before starting, check whether the chain plates are stuck, whether there are sundries on the conveyor belt, whether there are bottle caps in the box, whether there are several barrels of water, power, and air. Wait for all kicks. After you press the ready, turn on the main power, the power indicator is on, the fault indicator and the emergency stop indicator are not on, then the starting conditions are met. Press the start button on the control box and the switch at the filling place. After the sound warning, the whole machine starts to run and enters the full-automatic working mode of external washing, scouring and filling. When stopping, press the stop button at the filling place and the control box to stop the main power supply.

Application safety rules:
1. No foreign objects (such as things, rags, etc.) in the liquid filling machine;
2. The liquid filling machine is not allowed to have abnormal sounds (if it should be stopped immediately, check the reason);
3. All protective objects should be safe and secure. It is forbidden to wear foreign objects (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.) that may be caught by moving parts;
4. Long-haired workers should wear a hood;
5. Do not clean the electrical unit with water and other liquids;
6. Wear work clothes, gloves and eyes when cleaning to prevent strong acid and alkali corrosion.
7. During its operation, it is necessary for someone to monitor and do not use objects or other objects to approach the machine;
8. Don't let anyone who has nothing to do with the operation approach the equipment.

3. Protection and maintenance:

1. Regular inspection and protection: The starting components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed regulation and electrical parts should be inspected monthly. The viewing method can be adjusted manually to check the quality and reliability. The cylinder mainly checks whether there is air leakage and stuck. The solenoid valve can be manually forced to check whether the solenoid coil is burned and the valve is blocked in the IP safety section. Use the output signal indicator to check, such as to see if the switching element is damaged, whether the line is disconnected, and whether each output element is working properly.

2. Daily construction and protection: whether the motor is running normally, whether the safety environment is normal, and whether the cooling system is abnormal. Whether there is abnormal vibration or abnormal sound; whether there is abnormal overheating or discoloration.

Fourth, matters needing attention:

1. It is necessary to ground the motor and the chassis, and separate the neutral line and the bottom line;

2. The power supply line of this machine must be introduced through the leakage switch;

3. Pneumatic three elements require special pneumatic lubricant to extend the service life of the cylinder;

4. Water mercury is forbidden to operate without water. During the operation process, pay attention to replenishing the alkaline water tank and disinfection water tank to ensure the supply of washing water.

V. Equipment cleaning requirements:

1. Clean the nozzles, pipes, conveyor belts and water tanks of the equipment before and after work every day;

2. Regularly clean the filling equipment and pipelines with disinfecting water every week, and then flush the equipment with process water after disinfection;

3. The operator should record and save the disinfection and cleaning process.
